This session will start from
introduction of pressed flower art design with a pressed flower card. We will
learn how to make Viola Wind (introduction to mixed medium background), press
spring flowers (cyclamen), make bird house (and more pastel background), and
make a landscape picture. This session is designed for students all levels. Just
imagine, you will be able to make these pictures without any art backgrounds or
training. I will show you how. We will also cover framing in the class.
There are 7 classes (7 Saturday
morning classes) in this session. We will be working on 5 projects.

Students need to bring the following
materials to class:

toothpicks

craft glue (need to dry clear.
Suggest either Tacky or Elmer)

scissors (need to be sharp for
precision cutting)

tweezers

cotton balls
-
soft pastel (available in craft/art
supply stores)
Students need to bring the following
materials to class on the week indicated by the instructor.

a fresh pot of cyclamen and flower
press when indicated in the class* (note: Spring flower choice will depend on
flower availability at the time of the class.)
Note: The secured shopping cart software
