This session is open to everyone including children.

Beginners and children will start with a bookmark to get familiar with handling pressed flowers first.

Advanced pressers will start with the complex basket design on the 1st week.

Beginners and children will work with a simpler version of basket or paper basket for the final picture. Beginners and children will work on paper background.

Advanced pressers will work on silk background.

There are 2 classes (2 Saturday morning classes) in this session.

Classroom location: Villa Park High School classroom T600 (18042 Taft Ave., Villa Park, CA 92861)

Starting Date: 12/4/2010 (Saturday)

Class time: 9:00 - 10:30AM

Students need to bring the following materials to class:

  1. toothpicks

  2. craft glue (need to dry clear. Suggest either Tacky or Elmer)

  3. scissors (need to be sharp for precision cutting)

  4. tweezers

  5. cotton balls

  6. soft pastel (available in craft/art supply stores)

  7. sharp craft or utility knife

  8. pencil
