Wedding Bouquet Shipping Information You would need to send your bouquet overnight to Kate within 3 days after your wedding. Do not spray on your bouquet to prevent micro organism growth. Do not keep your bouquet in freezer. If your bouquet has foam where stems are attached, add water to the foam to keep flowers fresh. Ship your bouquet in a cooler to maintain constant temperature. You need to tug lining paper between flowers and all the spaces to prevent bouquet from moving within the container and crushing into each other. Send your deposit check of $100 along with your bouquet if your have not deposited it earlier. Once Kate has started the pressing process, there will be no refund on deposit. You would want to designate someone to take care of shipping especially if you are running off to your honeymoon. There are several ways to ship.
